This wine is made from Shiraz fermented with the natural yeasts that live on the skins, Nothing added, no preservatives. A different expression of our Shiraz which I believe is as natural as you can get. Cherries, plums and liquorice with soft fine tannins. Drinking beautifully, it should last for a few years, but is not recommended for long term cellaring. This wine here for a good time, not a long time !!
