Whole-bunch pressed, wild-yeast barrel fermentation and 10 months in French oak (25% new). Carries plenty of flinty complexity ahead of nectarine, peach, citrus and mealy leesy characters. Juicy and forthright on the palate, with a little more oak-led grilled nuts and toast before a smooth finish. Pretty stylish. Jeni Port
